    Edgerton is our custom software agent: a program we install on the computers you choose. Over ten business days, it gathers information about the work each person does, the software they use, and the steps that take up their time. Your team knows what is collected, and you agree the scope first.

    It helps turn that information into step-by-step procedures, shows where systems should connect, and finds work that could be automated.

    Report and proposalYou get the findings and a full proposal.

    We walk you through a report showing where time is going and what to improve first. The proposal explains what we would build, which systems we would connect, what it costs, how long it takes, and when the estimated savings could cover that cost.

    You keep the report and proposal. You decide whether to go ahead. Payback is an estimate based on the findings, not a promise of savings.

    Edgekeeper is a dedicated server running software we built. It connects the business tools you choose, controls who and what can access them, and coordinates the AI that does the work. We host and manage it for you, so there is no server to look after in your office.

    We build the automations agreed in your proposal. When the work calls for it, we can add an AI assistant that works with outside services under agreed permissions. As your needs change, we can connect more tools and add more automations.
