What we can build
The shape follows the problem. Here are six ways a scoped build can help.
Move a recurring task through the systems and approvals it needs.
Give your team a useful place to handle work spread across tools.
Put the measures you rely on alongside their source records.
Prepare recurring information for a person to review.
Scope a defined job, its tools and the human handoffs before it acts.
Connect a system we do not yet support.
Example projects
These are illustrative examples of work we could scope with you:
How we work together
Tell us the task, the systems involved and where people need to make decisions. We agree what the build would do.
Compare the expected benefit with the cost to build, run and maintain it before deciding.
We build the agreed workflow with your team, test its behavior and check the handoffs before rollout.
We maintain the connections and the work we build under the agreed service scope.
Estimated time recovered is capacity value, not guaranteed cash savings. Build cost, running costs, adoption and actual results determine payback.
AI automation services
An automation moves a recurring task through the systems and approvals it needs. It might draft a quote from approved information for a person to approve and send, reconcile records from two systems into a report someone can review, or prepare customer details and a proposed next task from an approved form or email source. An app is different: it gives your team one place, with its own screens, to handle work that is spread across several tools. Some requests need both.
We scope each one from evidence. Your Edgerton assessment identifies the work worth changing. We then agree the task, the systems involved and where people need to make decisions. The business case compares the expected benefit with the cost to build, run and maintain it, and you see the scope and price before approving the build. A new system or an unusual process may need more work, and we identify that in the scope before you decide.
Agents you make in Switchboard are read-only: they read and report, and each question runs read-only in a temporary sandbox. When an automation needs to write to a business system or send something outward, a person approves that action first. Access is recorded for review.
After launch, we maintain the connections and the work we build under the agreed service scope. We manage the server, fix problems with what we build and help your team use it. Your team has a named contact, and support coverage and response times are set out in your service agreement.

We run your dedicated EdgeKeeper server on Microsoft Azure and support the agreed connections and workflows. Your business data remains yours.
