Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the automatededge.ai website, which is run by AutomatedMSP, LLC, trading as Automated Edge ("we", "us"). They are short because the website is simple: it describes what we do, gives you free guides, and lets you book a call. Work we do for your business is governed by the agreement we sign together, not by this page.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share what is here. Please do not copy our guides wholesale onto another site, scrape the site, or try to interfere with it. The free guides, the sample reports and the ROI calculator are there to help you think; they are general information, not advice about your specific business, and the numbers the calculator produces are estimates built from what you type in.

What belongs to whom

The text, design, images and code of this website, and the names Automated Edge, Edgerton and Edgekeeper, belong to AutomatedMSP, LLC. Anything you send us through the site — a question, an email address — stays yours; you give us permission to use it to reply to you and, if you opted in, to send you our occasional notes. Edgekeeper is our proprietary software and runs on servers we provide; it stays ours. Your data, and everything the AI learns about your business, is yours, as the agreement sets out, with full export rights.

Our engagements

Edgerton, our assessment, and Edgekeeper, the private AI brain we run for you, are delivered under a written agreement that covers scope, price, consent, data handling, ownership and export rights. Where the website describes those things — the refund if no clear ROI path is found, production by a fixed date, your data being yours — the signed agreement is the version that binds us both. If the website and the agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.

Bookings and emails

Booking a strategy call commits you to nothing. Calls are free, and we will tell you if AI does not fit your business. You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

Links and third parties

The site links to other companies' sites and uses a small number of third-party services (booking, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for those companies' content or practices; their own terms apply to them.

No warranty on the website

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will be error-free or always online, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the free material on it. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not apply to work done under a signed agreement, which has its own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
