We explain the assessment to your team, agree what can be collected, provision your dedicated database, and install Edgerton on the computers you choose. You know what the software does before it starts.

Learn from ten business days of work
Edgerton gathers information about tasks, apps, and time. We use it to document procedures, spot repeated work, and find which systems should be connected.

Review the report and decide
We walk you through what we found and what we recommend. Your proposal explains the build, cost, timeline, and estimated payback. You decide whether to move forward with EdgeKeeper, the managed AI server, and Switchboard, where your team gets answers, reports, dashboards and read-only AI agents from the systems we connect for you.

What do you install?
Edgerton is a software agent, meaning a program that runs on the computers you choose. During the assessment it gathers agreed information about work so we can find useful improvements. We handle the setup and explain it to your team first. We do not offer covert deployment: your team is always told.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. Edgerton runs with consent and a defined scope, keeps captured data siloed to your company, and shows you everything it captures. Its job is to find automatable work and quantify ROI, meaning the estimated return on your investment. It is not used to score, rank, or police individual employees. We explain that purpose to your team openly.
How much does it actually see?
You choose, per machine. Tier 1 (Activity) sees apps, window titles, and active/idle time. Tier 2 (Workflow) adds screen context so we can understand workflows and spot repeated data entry. Tier 3 (Full Picture) adds meeting audio, only with signed consent from each employee, and with a rule for outside calls wherever the law requires both parties' consent. Keystrokes, clipboard contents, and email bodies are never captured, at any tier.
Where does the captured data go?
Assessment records are stored in a dedicated database, isolated from other customers. Authorized access is limited to us and the providers needed to deliver your engagement. The data is not used to train public models. Captured assessment data is hard-deleted five business days after report delivery under the engagement terms; retention for reports and backup copies is described separately. You keep the report and proposal whether or not you go ahead.
Does our assessment share a database with other customers?
No. We provision a dedicated database for your business before the assessment begins. It is reserved for your assessment records and isolated from other customers. We operate the infrastructure; your business data remains yours. Our database hardening standard and the controls that apply to your deployment are part of the security review.
Do we have to keep the measurement running forever?
No. Measurement runs for the agreed assessment window. The report and proposal help you decide what to do next. Any ongoing automation and managed service are a separate decision.
Do we have to buy EdgeKeeper after the assessment?
No. You keep the report and proposal. If the plan makes sense, we can set up EdgeKeeper and build the recommended automations. You decide before that work begins.
Are the savings guaranteed?
No. The proposal estimates savings and the time it could take to cover the cost, based on the findings and stated assumptions. We explain those assumptions so you can judge the business case.
How is it priced?
The assessment has a fixed fee agreed before installation. If we find no clear path to a return on your investment, that fee is refunded. Any build has its own proposal and price, followed by a monthly fee for the system we manage.
