Edgerton. The AI Readiness Assessment, then the agent you keep.
One agent, from day one. Edgerton joins your team's machines and measures how the work actually happens — with everyone's knowledge and consent. Then, once we've built your system, the same agent runs it: your business's memory, your rules, your tools, run by us around the clock.
Who it's for: Owners who want one accountable AI they meet at the measurement stage and keep for good — not another login, another subscription, another half-used tool.
During measurement you choose, per computer, how much Edgerton sees — Activity, Workflow, or Full Picture — and each level comes with its own written consent form. The usual choice is Workflow: it reads, it doesn't listen. Keystrokes, clipboard contents, and email bodies are never captured, at any tier. Visible or quiet is your call — either way, staff are told. We don't offer covert deployment. Measurement, not surveillance.
What you get.
- A true map of where your team's hours actually go — before you spend a dollar building
- A ranked list of the wins hiding in your week, each with a dollar figure attached
- Then the same agent runs the system we build: your tools, your data, your work
- It doesn't watch people. It measures work — and every access is written down
- Operated, monitored, and tuned by us — failures are ours, not yours
- Your data yours in the contract — the records, everything it learns

How we do it.
- 01
Measure
Edgerton is installed on the computers you choose — you pick a level per computer, each with its own consent form. For 10 business days it measures how work actually happens: the real tools, tasks, and time, not what a survey claims.
- 02
Build
Your system forms around what it found. Everything Edgerton learned feeds one private brain — Edgekeeper: your memory, your rules, your playbook — and the first automation goes live by a fixed date.
- 03
Run
The same agent you met on day one runs the system: does the work, keeps its own house in order, and writes down every access. We monitor it, tune it weekly, and stand behind it. Failures are ours.
This is what Edgerton gives you.
Six sample companies, every machine, platform, procedure, and dollar figure clickable. The report below is exactly what the measurement stage produces, live, right now, no email required.

The hidden hours
Surfaces the repetitive copy-paste and re-keying work nobody mentions in a meeting but everybody does all day.
The ranked list
Opportunities ordered by impact, each with the hours-and-dollars math attached — the business case is built for you.
Knows your business
Connected to your files, CRM, and inbox — Edgerton answers from your actual context, not a generic model.
Runs the work
Drafts, triages, researches, and executes the repetitive knowledge work that eats your team's hours.
Custom skills
Need it to do something specific to your industry? We build the skill and add it to your Edgerton.
Writes everything down
"What did it see?" always has an answer. Every access is logged — and you can read the log.
The same agent, both jobs, in production.
Edgerton measures live client engagements today, and it runs live systems today. The measurement that makes the Assessment honest and the operations that make the retainer worth paying are the same agent, under the same discipline. Not a demo on a different stack.
Questions we get.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. Edgerton runs with consent and a defined scope, keeps captured data siloed to your company, and shows you everything it captures. Its job is to find automatable work and quantify ROI — not to score, rank, or police individual employees. We frame it to your team that way, openly. Measurement, not surveillance.
How much does it actually see?
You choose, per machine. Tier 1 (Activity) sees apps, window titles, and active/idle time. Tier 2 (Workflow) adds screen context — enough to reconstruct workflows and spot re-keying. Tier 3 (Full Picture) adds meeting audio, only with signed consent from each employee, and with a rule for outside calls wherever the law requires both parties' consent. Keystrokes, clipboard contents, and email bodies are never captured, at any tier.
Where does the captured data go?
During measurement it's stored encrypted, kept for your company alone — never shared with third parties, never used to train public models — and hard-deleted five business days after we deliver the report. Once your system is built, everything Edgerton works with lives in a database dedicated to your business, on a server we provide.
Do we have to keep the measurement running forever?
No. Measurement runs for the assessment window, produces the ranked findings and the ROI case, and then that job is done. What continues is the agent running your system — different work, under rules you approved and a log you can read.
Isn't this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
ChatGPT is a tool you log into. Edgerton lives inside your business: it measured how your work happens, it's loaded with skills for that work, it's connected to your tools and your private data, and we operate it. It knows your business because it learned your business — on the record, with consent.
What if Edgerton gets something wrong?
We operate it. There is a log you can read, an off switch, and weekly tuning. Failures are ours to catch and fix — that's the difference between a managed agent and a chatbot you're left to babysit.
How is it priced?
Measurement is part of the paid Assessment. Running your system after the Build is a monthly fee sized to what it does for you. Whatever terms we agree, one thing is fixed in the contract: your data is yours, with full export rights.
