Priced from evidence, not a rate card.
We publish how the engagement is priced and quote the figures on the strategy call — because every engagement is scoped from a measured assessment of your specific business, not a guess about the average one.
Automated Edge prices managed AI in three stages: a fixed-fee measured Assessment (refunded if no clear ROI path is found), a fixed-price Build scoped from that evidence, and an Operate retainer for the system the client owns outright.
AI Readiness Assessment
Fixed fee, quoted on the strategy call.
Ten business days of consent-based measurement on your team’s machines. The deliverable is a written report: a workflow-by-workflow ROI map, a vendor-neutral build plan, and your security posture — yours to keep regardless.
Typical findings: a quoting workflow leaking a dozen hours a week · reporting assembled by hand each month · three overlapping AI subscriptions nobody owns.
If no clear ROI path is found, the fee is refunded — and you keep the report.
Build
Fixed price, scoped from the Assessment.
Agents, integrations, and apps on infrastructure you own, with AEGIOS orchestration and the memory layer underneath. Production by a fixed date — typically four to twelve weeks.
Typical builds: a proposal generator trained on past quotes · an intake-to-CRM pipeline · meeting capture that files its own action items.
A missed date means additional build weeks on us.
Operate
Monthly retainer, scoped to what we run for you.
Monitored around the clock, tuned weekly, reviewed in writing monthly, with a named engagement lead and SLA-backed response — the MAISP retainer.
A typical month: monitoring catches a failed integration overnight, it is fixed before your team logs in, and the written review shows the hours returned.
The system stays yours: data, memory, integrations, full export rights in the contract.
Want a number before you talk to anyone? Estimate your ROI first → — it uses your team size and hours, and it errs on the conservative side.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Why don’t you publish exact prices?
Because we don’t price from a rate card — we price from evidence. Every engagement is scoped from a measured assessment of your specific business: how many people, which workflows, how many hours are actually leaking. You get the exact Assessment fee on the first call, not after a sales gauntlet.
What determines the Assessment fee?
Business size and workflow count — how many machines we measure and how much ground the report has to cover. It is a fixed fee, agreed before anything is installed, and refunded if the report finds no clear ROI path.
What determines the Build price and the retainer?
The Assessment report itself. The Build is a fixed-price project scoped from the ranked opportunities the evidence pays for. The Operate retainer is scoped to what we actually run for you — how many agents, integrations, and workflows are under management.
Is there a long-term commitment?
The commercial claim we make is ownership, not lock-in. The system — data, memory, integrations — is yours in the contract with full export rights, and leaving is a documented handover. Terms are agreed on the strategy call.
How do agencies and MSPs package and price AI automation services?
Across the market you will see three shapes: per-seat subscriptions, per-project fees, and managed retainers. Ours is the third, with the structure published here — fixed-fee Assessment, fixed-price Build, Operate retainer. MSPs reselling under their own brand set their own client pricing; a pricing playbook is part of partner onboarding.
What does transparent AI pricing look like?
Not necessarily a public rate card — a structure you can verify: what is fixed, what varies and why, what happens if it does not work, and what you own at the end. Our version: the Assessment fee is quoted on the first call and refunded if no ROI path is found, the Build is fixed-price against a date, and ownership with full export rights is in the contract.
