    For MSPs + agencies

    White Label AI Services.

Your clients are asking about AI. We are the AI engineering team behind your brand: measured assessment, build, and SLA-backed operation, delivered white-label or co-branded. Your clients, your contract, your price.

Who it's for: MSPs, IT service providers, and agencies who want an AI answer ready before a consultant with a slide deck gets there first.

This is the catalog. The program lives here →

The MSP partner program page covers both lanes — white-label AI for your clients, and AEGIOS inside your own shop — plus the technical handoff, isolation model, and partner terms.

    What you get.

    • A resellable AI service line without hiring an AI team — assessment, build, and operations behind your brand
    • You own the client, the contract, and the final price; a pricing playbook is part of partner onboarding
    • The deliverables are measured, not vibes: every engagement starts from a consent-based assessment with ROI per workflow
    • MSP-grade delivery — SLAs, named lead, documented escalation into your existing PSA and on-call rotation
    • Your end clients keep their systems: ownership and export rights written into the contract, for them and for you

    What's included.

    • White-label AI Readiness Assessments — branded portal, installers for your RMM, your name on the report
    • Intake-to-CRM pipelines: calls, forms, and email triaged, qualified, and logged with context
    • Proposal and quote generators trained on the client’s past work and pricing
    • Meeting capture to action items, briefs, and CRM updates
    • Document workflows: collection, extraction, filing, and follow-up sequences
    • Ticket triage and reporting agents, operated under SLAs after launch

    How we do it.

    1. 01

      You sell it

Under your brand, at your price. We help with packaging and pricing during partner onboarding — you stay the face of the relationship.

    2. 02

      We deliver it

Assessment, build, and integration behind the scenes — white-label by default, co-delivered where you want us in the room.

    3. 03

      Someone runs it

Operations under SLA with documented escalation to your team. Your tier-1 learns what is normal vs. what to escalate — same SOP discipline you already run.

    Examples.

    The AI question, answered

A client asks what they should be doing about AI. Instead of "let me get back to you," you sell a branded assessment with a measured ROI report.

    The service-line launch

Start with one client and one workflow. The build lands under your brand; the retainer revenue is yours.

    The co-delivered build

Your AM runs the relationship; our engineer joins the call as your AI team. The client never shops elsewhere for AI.

    MSP lineage, not agency overflow.

Most white-label AI comes from web-and-SEO shops that bolted AI onto a fulfillment catalog. We come from twenty-plus years of MSP/MSSP operations — SLAs, tenant isolation, escalation paths — and the flagship deployment is a multi-tenant AI platform run for an MSP partner.

The promises we put in writing.

If we don't find ROI, you get the fee back.

Edgerton measures how your team's work really happens — with your team's knowledge and consent — and puts a dollar figure on what it finds. If there's no clear ROI path, the verdict is 'don't build' — and the Assessment fee comes back. The report is yours to keep either way.

    Production by a fixed date.

Set during the Build. If we miss it, additional weeks of build are on us.

You keep the system — whatever happens.

Data, memory, integrations — yours in the contract, on infrastructure you own, with full export rights. Leaving is a handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Your rules decide what the AI sees.

Only what you approve goes in. Nothing you don't approve comes out. And every access is written down — so "what did it see?" always has an answer.

    A named engagement lead.

Not a queue, not a rotation. You know their name, they know your business — and they pick up the phone.

    Questions we get.

What are white label AI services?

AI work — assessments, automations, agents, apps — built and operated by a specialist team but sold under your brand. You own the client relationship and the pricing; the delivery team stays invisible or joins calls as your engineers, whichever you choose.

How do MSPs and agencies resell AI services?

The same way you resell any co-managed service: you own the client, the contract, and the price; we deliver the assessment, the build, and the operations behind your brand. Nobody on your side needs to write a line of AI code — your techs get trained on what is normal vs. what to escalate.

Is this an AI reseller program?

Functionally, yes — with two differences from the typical program: every engagement starts from a measured assessment rather than a catalog pick, and what we build is operated under SLAs afterward instead of handed off. The commercial mechanics live on the MSP partner page.

How do we price white label AI services to our clients?

You set the final price. Partner onboarding includes a pricing playbook — packaging models and what has worked for our MSP partners — so your reps can quote AI work with the same confidence they quote managed IT.

How do we choose a white label AI partner?

Four checks: Do they measure before they build, or sell a catalog? Do they operate what they ship, or disappear at handoff? Is ownership written into the contract — for you and for your end client? And do they have operational lineage in your world — SLAs, tenants, escalation — or agency fulfillment roots? Insist on all four in writing.

Will our clients know you are involved?

Only if you want them to. White-label is the default — your brand on the portal, the report, and the deliverables. Co-delivery is the alternative: we join as your AI engineering team, and the relationship stays yours either way. The contract says we will not solicit your client base.

    Start with an Assessment.

Ten business days of measurement. Whatever the verdict, the deliverable is yours.
